Large, light room in Family home near to Uni

We have two rooms, which we have let to Uni students for many years. They have their own shared shower room in a large loft conversion. We have one room becoming available in January 2024.
Both rooms are light and airy and are being redecorated again this summer. The room has particularly nice views at the front of the house. We are a 10 min walk from city centre and 5 min walk from main Streatham campus.
Cooking space is limited to a small shared utility room on the ground floor. This provides a microwave, an electric hob, a kettle, a fridge and shared use of our washing machine.
