Double room near city centre/Uni/Hospital

Available now: Bright and sunny, nicely furnished double room in lovely comfy house close to Mount Pleasant/Old Tiverton Road. Provides easy access to city centre, University or RD&E.

Sharing with one other (me). I'm looking for a male or female who is independent, friendly and reasonably tidy in the Kitchen. Suit professional or masters/PhD student.

I'm a friendly, easy going professional, used to living in mixed households. I eat meat and fish, though I've been veggie in the past, and can easily accommodate veggies/vegans.

I'm also happy to consider short lets, or Monday - Friday lets. Please just get in touch and we can discuss.

Really comfortable house which I think you'll feel at home in. Spacious Lounge/dining room, well equipped kitchen opening out onto cosy patio garden. The house has the usual stuff including: dishwasher, microwave, Netflix (in lounge), fast wifi, good shower.

The room is fully furnished and has a really comfy bed, built in wardrobe, book case, chest of drawers etc. A small desk can be provided if required..
