I Currently live here with my Brazilian partner and our friendly little dog Percy. He’s very well behaved, quiet and kept very clean.
The room comes with really comfy bed, smart TV, Desk, Desk chair, built in closet, cabinet with draws, a black out blind, curtains, lamp, mirror and a rug. All wall sockets also have USB ports.
The Monthly rate is inclusive of all bills.
We are both working full time and enjoy a quiet and calm home life, we’re still very sociable and enjoy a drink but usually at the pub or friends houses.
it’s very important to me that the home environment is a pleasant one and also that anyone renting feels happy and comfortable whilst they’re here.

Oh and I have a beehive on the roof so there’s honey on tap! 🙂
