Double room in nice house in Exeter

Hi! I'm looking for a friendly, sociable but respectful female to lodge in my spare room short term (mon-fri also considered). A Masters, PGCE, PhD student, or professional who is able to work out in the day would be ideal as whilst I work for the university I mostly work full-time from home. In the past I've rented the room mostly (but not always) to short term overseas students at the university, most of whom I'm happy to now call friends!

You will have a bright double room (10 ft by 9 1/2 foot) in an end terrace house which has a newly renovated garden. The room has a double bed with an 'Eve' mattress, wardrobe, full set of drawers, bedside drawer, lamp & full length mirror. The room overlooks the back garden and so there's no traffic noise.

I am located in Beacon Heath area (EX4 - fairly close to Morrissons supermarket). It is 12 minutes from the university by bike (storage available in garage) or walkable in 35/40 minutes, or catch a bus to town and connect with the university bus. There are regular buses to the city centre, just 10 minutes away. Also good location for Met Office, Middlemoor, M5 etc.

Free parking is available on the road or the roads nearby.

The house is nicely decorated with a modern bathroom and kitchen. I have a little friendly sausage dog aged 1.5 years so you need to like dogs!

Bills are included in the rent (broadband- BT/EE, water, gas & electric).

A months' deposit will be required to book the room, along with character references.

Dates - theres some flexibility with the dates. Extensions considered for the right person.
