Hello there, I have 3 large double rooms (for single occupancy) to rent. The rooms are furnished with double beds, wardrobe rails, and a table/desk and chairs. The rooms are very clean and are newly decorated, two with new carpets. There is a shared kitchen (with cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, plates, mugs, glasses, cutlery, mugs etc), shared dining area/rest room and a shared bathroom, The weekly rent includes all bills and internet. There is a cleaner included that cleans all communal areas every other week. The room Is in a large, airy flat that is walking distance to all local amenities in Heavitree, the park, and it’s walking distance to the RD&E,. You can also walk or get a bus into the city centre.
The rooms are single occupancy and are strictly non smoking.
