En-suite Room in Cricket Field Court. Great Location, 5 minutes walk away from University of Exeter, Streatham Campus. Very close to the Forum library, the business school and Amory Building, Public swimming pool on campus.

It takes 15 minutes to walk to the city centre. There is maintenance to help with any problems in the room.

The flat has 3/4 double bed, under bed storage, study area, a chair, three drawers, shelves, a notice board, a mirror.

The bathroom is included in the room.
The kitchen area has an oven, a fridge with a freezer, microwave, a comfortable sitting area. It is very spacious and lots of storage area. there is hoover, an iron and ironing board, as well.

There is a common area with a pool and a ping pong table. There are study areas from group work, as well. A piano and a guitar. And laundry facilities are in the building.

All bills included. If you're looking for a short-stay during the months of July and August 2020, it's a perfect location to live.

The location of the room on the ground floor and it is facing the quieter side of the building. Very private. The flatmates are very mature and two of them are postgraduates. You can enjoy your privacy and make friends since the residents are from all over the world.

Any international students interested in the room, there is no guarantor payment. Just a tenancy deposit that you will be paid back after checking out. And also anyone interested will take over my tenancy agreement from the months of July and August. Anyone trying to finish a thesis, it is a great location to finish your academic work.

(I'm moving out because of health issues. No problems with the building).
