Small double in cosy house near the Quay

I have a room available to rent in my small two bed house on a Monday to Friday basis.

I am a working professional and I am looking to rent my spare room out for week day let. I am friendly and clean. I would be very happy to socialise and cook dinner/ watch TV together. I am also totally content with people who just want to spend time in their room.

I am active and starting to train for a triathlon so I will be out at the gym quite a bit in the evenings.

I have friends over for dinner about once a week or so but otherwise I am is a pretty quiet chilled out household.

The room is a small double with a TV and wardrobe.

The house is cute but it’s quite small and the bathroom is downstairs.

There is no parking at the property but there is on street parking.
