Furnished Double room to rent

Small double room with bed and mattress and bedside table in looking out onto Barton fields. There is a TV ariel in the room if you wanted to have a TV in there. Shared bathroom, sitting room and kitchen with all the usual facilities such as washing machine, tumble dryer, cooker, microwave etc. I have a small backyard with a washing line and shed in if you needed to store a push bike. It is on street parking which is a free for all. I do a lot of work from home and also work shifts, would need someone who respects that. Also happy to discuss Monday - Friday let if that is what is wanted. I have a cat called Tigs, you wouldn't need to do anything for him just so you are aware of a pet in the house.
