Student house in Heavitree

I am unfortunately interrupting my studies for the year due to health reasons, and need someone to take my place in the property I am currently staying at. Must be a full time student, or a student starting in January up until July 2020. Ideal for students at St Luke's campus, however its only a 35 minuet walk or 15 minuet bike ride to Streatham, there's also a bus stop just a 2 minuet walk away. Rent is £412 a month before bills, after bills it's usually around £450. You would be sharing with two boys studying at Streatham, they're both very respectful. tidy, and good company on a night in, or if you like your space they're not disruptive at all.
