ALL bills are included, including council tax and Wi-Fi.

There is also a fortnightly cleaner that cleans the shared areas this is also included.

The house is on a quiet road, with only houses on one side and a nice wooded outlook to the rear of the house making it very peaceful when spending time in the garden.

There is a driveway space to park on and plenty of on street parking, with the house 50 metres from a Bus stop on the main Exwick Bus route, 20-25minute walk from the city centre with local amenities (Tesco's etc.) within a 10minute walk, 2minute drive. Sowton is only a 15 minute drive around the city when clear of traffic.

To get to Exeter University, Streatham Campus, it takes 35 minutes to walk and 20 minutes to cycle.
There is also a bus route that takes 45 minutes.

There is a nice big garden with decking and a patio area with garden furniture, perfect for BBQ's!
