Single En-Suite near Uni of Exeter

Hi there!

I am a single term exchange student at the Uni of Exeter, looking for someone to replace me for the remainder of the contract. The tenancy is until the 26th of July 202. I will be leaving the apartment on the 14th of January 2020.

The room is a private en-suite on the ground floor of the building, with a double bed and is fully furnished. There is a shared kitchen, furnished as well. Bills are included in the rent. Wifi is also provided. The apartment is a 15-minute walk from the Exeter main campus and a 10-minute walk to St Luke's campus.

Flatmates are nice and friendly, with a whole range of degree's from undergrad Bachelors, Masters students and PhD students.

There is a laundry room on site. There is a common room with a pool table, a TV, board games, Fussball, vending machine, a courtyard, a table-tennis table and outdoor chess. There is also a quiet study area. There is bicycle storage available if required. There is also a receptionist on site from Mondays to Fridays. The building is accessed by card, making it very secure.

Pictures are taken off the website. As an individual living here currently, I can assure you that the photos are pretty accurate to what you get.
