I am looking for a student to take my spot in a Birks Grange Village Single Studio (With Ensuite). The room is managed and run by the university so the person to take my spot must be a student at the University of Exeter.

The room is amazing with everything you could want in self-catered private accommodation. The room is ensuite (private bathroom) with a personal kitchen.
