Hi. we are looking for two housemates, ideally mature student or professional in a quiet and relaxing house with big garden from May. The house is located close to town, Uni and RDE. There is a big supermarket on the door step as well as a bus stop. All bills are included in the rent. There are two double rooms available. All bills Included and deposit 280 pounds. Rent is from 450-480.
There is a private parking available as well as off road parking.
Current housemate are mature Phd students therefore looking for similar.
