Very easy access to Exeter University, M5, Science Park, RDE hospital ( 10 mins on bus from right outside the house - bus every 10 mins) and 5 min walk from Sowton Digby train station for a 10 min journey into town. 2 lovely gyms ( David Lloyd and pure gym within a 5 min walk) . All cups , plates , cooking utensils and bed linen plus high speed fibre internet is provided for a very easy , modern and clean accommodation to move into. A parking space if required is also available. House is in beautiful condition and of course there is a kitchen for cooking and a lounge to relax in.
I am a professional artist and live with my husband , The house would suit someone who enjoys a quiet environment and is respectful of this beautiful home. Would be ideal for a Female international student studying at the University during the Sept . Oct , Nov, Dec term dates (it's part of my terms of use) as well suited for a student studying in Exeter at the University, I have had many European exchange students stay with me while they study for 3 or 4 months at the university and references are available.
The room is for single occupancy.
