Easy access to Exeter University ( 12 mins on train from house then a 15 min walk) , Our local station is Digby / Sowton. All cups , plates , cooking utensils and bed linen plus high speed fibre internet is provided for a very easy , modern and clean accommodation to move into. House is in beautiful condition. I am a professional artist and live with my husband , The house would suit someone who enjoys a quiet environment and is respectful of this beautiful home. Would be ideal for a Female international student studying at the University during the Sept . Oct , Nov, Dec term dates (it's part of my terms of use) as well suited for a student studying in Exeter at the University, I have had many European exchange students stay with me while they study for 4 months at the university and references are available.
