Our housemates are easy-going, mature housemates, who respect each others spaces and can be relied on to keep the house and gardens clean and tidy. We also have a gorgeous soppy dog!
The house has 5 bedrooms, is in a lovely quiet location, within easy reach of town and close to Sowton/Heavitree/ RD&E Hospital and Middlemoor.
It is easily accessible for bus routes.
It has a large kitchen and living room, bath/shower room and separate shower-room. It also has a garden with patio area, a driveway and on-road parking.
Broadband and bills are included within the price.
