The home is a mile from Streatham Campus and close to St Davids station and the River Exe. It's a quiet and peaceful area with good neighbours. Parking is possible but there are limited spaces so short walk may sometimes be required.

Both short and long term lets considered. The tenancy is for exclusive use of the room and shared use of the other spaces. Tenant in situ moved in this month. Easy going, tidy.
