Exeter The barn Studio

It is a student apartment which is in the city center on the high street in Exeter. It is only 15 minutes if you walk to the university of Exeter. And there is a bus stop in front of your apartment. 2 minutes to the shopping mall and supermarket, such as M&S, Tesco and all the stores you want to go. The apartment have reception for the whole day, so it is very safe and conveniently receive your package. This is a new apartment only for 2 years. It also has a gym and a common room, a video room. It is a great studio room, you do not need to share anything with others. PS: this room have a good sunshine and fantastic looking outside!!!
It is a BRONZE STUDIO, which is 205 per week. But I just rent 150.!!!
