We’re a group of 5 second year girls looking for a 6th person to join our flat next year, as unfortunately someone has had to drop out. It is located on Fore Street, Exeter, roughly a 20 minutes walk from both Streatham and St Lukes campus. It is a double room, with two shared bathrooms and a communal kitchen. Rent is £585 a month, water and electricity included. (excluding wifi).
The property is rented through Students at Cardens estate agents, and they will arrange to have you added to the housing contract for the year.
