My spare double room, will be available in January 2026

I keep a clean, tidy and quiet house and I welcome a lodger with similar standards to share either full time or Mon - Friday.
Professional or quiet, mature student.

The room is immaculate/homely/clean.

Bed side table.
Small fridge
Elec heater.

Shared space:

> Full use of kitchen/diner incl dishwasher, washing machine/drier, microwave, air fryer etc and plenty of personal storage space in freezer and fridge and own cupboards.

RE the lounge...
Limited use as I work from home, mainly using the lounge for counselling online during the day and some evenings. (I do not see clients here face to face).

> I have a little balcony space to enjoy some outside space. (I look after the communal garden area on the ground floor too, so the outside area is well cared for and full of colour during the summer).
