Description
Hi,
My buyer has pulled out of purchasing my flat, so I'm reviewing my options.
Currently, looking into renting my home out, ideally to two friends/or people who would be compatible in a co-living scenario.
Currently the small double room is available now.
RE the twin room. My current lodger (female aged 25, very quiet and easy going), has decided to stay for an additional month, so the larger twin room is likely to be available from 1/5/24.
Currently I've moved into my lounge, which I am using as an office (counselling online), and bedroom, so isn't available as shared space at the moment/for the short term.
My rooms are immaculate/homely/clean and uncluttered, with work/desk space.
> I keep a clean, tidy and quiet house and I will welcome lodger(s) in the first instance, who may like to potentially become tenant/s with similar standards please.
A bit more about the rooms:
> The rooms are bright and airy, one a cosy double room (taken), the other a larger twin room.
Comfy beds, cupboards for storage and hanging space, a desk/dressing table with chair with good lighting.
A bedside tables.
Small fridge
Electric stove heater in the small double room and radiator in the twin room.
Fast speed cable broadband .
> Full use of kitchen/diner incl dishwasher, washing machine/drier, microwave etc and plenty of personal storage space in freezer and fridge and own cupboards.
> A little balcony to enjoy some outside space. (I look after the garden area on the ground floor as you enter the communal stairway, so the outside area is well cared for and full of colour in the summer).
I will arrange for this to be maintained once I move out.
Likewise I can arrange for a cleaner to help maintain the cleanliness of the shared space in my home, once handed over to co-living tenants.
Council Tax Band A.
The location:
> My home is in a quiet area of Heavitree in Exeter, with plenty of FREE PARKING.
> Perfect for THE MET OFFICE, Sowton Ind Est, Exeter Business Park, South West Water at Pynes Hill, RD&E Hospital, St Lukes Campus of Exeter University and Middlemoor.
Convenient for The City Centre too.
> City centre 20/25 min walk or there is a regular bus service directly into The City Centre; very convenient bus stop with regular pic ups every 10 mins into town or down to the Quay.
> The Polsloe Bridge Train Stop is a five minute walk away. (Handy for an Exmouth commute).
> Convenient for M5(J30)/A30/A38/A303.
Heavitree Park is just 5 mins walk away to enjoy a bit of "Park life".
I have provided x 2 bike huts for bike storage outside.
I have two very friendly cats (Sugar & Spice). Sadly Spice is almost blind, so whilst we are in situ, we need lodgers/potential tenants who are pet friendly and considerate towards a cute cat who's become a little nervous. (They will become my camper, travelling cats!).
I am really looking forward to hearing from you with any questions and hopefully meeting you for a viewing.
Kindest Regards
Tina
RE the VIDEO in the ad... which was made last year, when I was in a similar situation, I have since thought I'd sold, then buyer pulled out, so back to finding lodgers/potential tenants.. so rather than remake the video, I hope this explains my up to date situation.
