My lovely double room, will be available from March 1st 2026
I keep a clean, tidy and quiet house and I welcome lodgers with similar standards to share with me, the homeowner/landlady and my two cats, either full time, part time or Mon - Friday.
Professional or quiet, mature students welcome..
My rooms are immaculate/homely/light/clean.
> Comfy double bed
> Drawers & hanging space for storage.
> Bed side table.
> Small fridge for personal.
> Electric heaters.
> Multi function dressing table/desk in double room.
> Fast speed cable broadband
Shared space:
> Bathroom
> Full use of kitchen/diner with dishwasher, washing machine/drier, microwave, air fryer etc and plenty of personal storage space in freezer and fridge and own cupboards.
> RE the lounge...
Limited use as I (landlady/homeowner), work from home, mainly using the lounge for counselling & training online during the day and some evenings. (I do NOT see clients here face to face).
> I have a little balcony space to enjoy some outside space. (I look after the communal garden area so the outside area is well cared for and full of colour during the summer).
> Bike hut for bike storage available outside.

> My home is in a lovely quiet area of Heavitree in Exeter, with plenty of FREE PARKING in the cul-de-sac..
> Perfect for THE MET OFFICE, Sowton Ind Est, Exeter Business Park, South West Water at Pynes Hill, RD&E Hospital, St Lukes Campus of Exeter University and Middlemoor.
Convenient for The City Centre too.
> City centre 20/30 min walk or there is a regular bus service directly into The City Centre; very convenient bus stop with regular pic ups into town or down to the Quay. The most convenient, closest buses are R, S, G..
> The Polsloe Bridge Train Stop is a five minute walk away. (Handy for an Exmouth commute).
> Convenient for M5(J30)/A30/A38/A303.
Heavitree Park is just 5 mins walk away to enjoy a bit of "Park Life".
I have two very sweet, affectionate cats (Sugar & Spice. Spice is blind).

The Double Room will definitely be available from 1st March @ £600 per month. includes Bills plus £25 contribution towards Council tax.

The twin room (Room 2),
This room may become available in the Spring, so I'm just adding it here whilst I'm advertising my double room.
(Sole occupancy).
The twin room is larger, it has twin beds & a dedicated desk/work. It will be £675 per month, includes Bills plus £25 contribution towards Council Tax.
I am accepting viewings for the twin room too, just in case it becomes available in the Spring. (Current Lodger, is job hunting out of the area).
