Large 5 bedroom house (only 4 rooms are occupied, one is used as an office) with 4 bathrooms. The available room is on the 3rd floor.

Furniture includes a chest of drawers, two bedside cabinets, and a matching double wardrobe with a full-length mirror. The double bed is an Ottoman type (with under bed storage) and a comfortable memory foam mattress.

Top floor of house has a modern designer bathroom, with a spacious walk-in shower, sink and toilet. House also has a family bathroom, if you fancy a bath.

This is a friendly, modern-living professional household with a shared kitchen. With a family, 1 teenage boy, and 1 rented room (on the 3rd floor), sharing a spacious 5 bedroom house.

All bills included and fast fibre broadband.

Locked bike shed and off road parking available.

A small Schnauzer dog and a Weimaraner dog live here, so a cat roaming around may not be the best choice. Other pets would likely be OK. These dogs are very friendly, and we have had tenants with a dog before, so that would probably be OK.

We are located at EX1 3US, walking access to Sowton, Middlemoor, and the Met Office and easy bus link to city centre also easy access to the M5 (J30), walking distance to Sowton train station. Plenty of on-street parking nearby.

£180 per week, £250 deposit. The deposit can be paid in installments if necessary.
Weekly or monthly payment, no problem. Short term let ok.
EX1 area, just off Wilton Way.

Unfortunately, this house would not suit a night shift worker due to daytime working from home.
