The property itself is a large detached house with 5 bedrooms in total, 3 shared bathrooms, a large kitchen and a beautiful, large south-facing garden. There is also parking for up to 2 cars on the private driveway, as well as plenty of on-street parking available outside the property.

Location-wise, it is excellent for anyone working at Sowton, the RD&E, the Met Centre, etc. (all of which are just a 5 minute drive away) and it's about a 10 minute drive / half an hour walk into the city centre. The 24 hour Tesco Extra is also just up the road.
