Hello! I am a PhD student studying at the University of Exeter. I am subletting my beautiful, spacious and tidy king room for two months (August and September) in Exeter.

Location: Very close (~2mins walk) to a bus and train station. 15 mins walk to Exeter Streatham campus. 17 mins walk to Exeter city centre. Parking available.
An excellent location!
Female student only. Although we love pets, this is not a pet-friendly house.
