I have a large double bedroom available in a fairly recently refurbished and well looked after house in Whipton, Exeter. The house has a large living space, with dining and lounge areas, and a large rear window onto the garden. The kitchen has a wraparound breakfast bar, and tons of storage for personal items.

Upstairs there are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower over the bath and another with a large shower cubicle.
The large double bedroom is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, a chest of drawers and wardrobe. There is space for additional furniture like a desk and chair.

There is a garage at the bottom of the garden where a bike can be securely stored. Although there is no designated off road parking, there is always plenty of parking on the road.

The location allows easy access into and out of Exeter City Centre, very close to a cycle route into the city, the RD&E hospital is also nearby. Local buses regularly go into town, but also out to The Science Park, Pinhoe, Cranbrook, Digby & Sowton. The Met Office is within walking distance as is Sowton business park.

Easy walk to Polsloe Bridge station for trains to Exmouth. Also close to Pinhoe station where you can get trains to London.

There are several large green spaces nearby which are lovely to walk through or spend time in that are very close by.

Also within walking distance to a large Sainsbury's store and ALDI, there are also a selection of local takeaways.

Only 5 min drive to Junction 29 of the M5 gives access by car to the main road network.

All bills included in the price - gas, electricity, water, council tax, broadband. Also included is a cleaner who cleans communal area every fortnight.
