After months of Corvid-related delays, I am now finally able to start renovating my 3 bed house on Alphington Road. It is not far from the center of Exeter and the A30 and about 20 minute walk to RD&E through the Quay (10 minutes on bike). The house will be going through a full refurb (so I wont include photos of it currently) and I will be accepting lodgers from now
A medium sized double room will be £110/pw. (one month deposit). Bill included.
The house has a kitchen/diner, shared bathroom (I am looking to create an ensuite or another bathroom in the near future), living room and small garden, with rear parking. Details can be discussed on viewing
Local amenities include Co-op, Sainsbury's and town center, short walk from the Quay, the climbing wall, bars and restaurants and very quick access to the M5 and A30 to Cornwall and beaches. Viewings welcome from 8th July
