Double Room. Central. Beautiful Spacious House

We have a spare double room available .

Its downstairs at the front of the house. The road is very quiet so no worries there. Double glazing. Furnished with bed and wardrobes.

There is a master bedroom in the house upstairs occupied by a lovely couple. And another room upstairs occupied by a girl. They are all very relaxed, clean, friendly etc (all the good things!)

There is a 4th smaller bedroom upstairs. This is “my” bedroom but is currently not being used as I’m working away. Useful if you wanted someone to stay over (probably more useful post-pandemic!)

There is a large open plan kitchen dining area. Just off the kitchen is a small sitting area with two sofas.

There’s a full bathroom downstairs off the kitchen and a full toilet shower room upstairs. Both nicely decorated and good showers.

The house is very spacious. Lots areas for storage.

There is a garden which gets the sun and a little patio shelter area.
