2 double rooms available for rent in central Exeter, 15 minute walk to the city centre, 20 minute walk to the Streatham campus and 15 minute walk to St Luke's campus . Both include a desk and built in cupboard. Bigger room is available from April and smaller room is available from June.

House has an upstairs and downstairs bathroom, containing a shower and a bath respectively.

The rent covers all bills, including use of a washing machine, tumble dryer, and dish washer. You will also have use of a sunny south facing garden, and resident permit parking. The garden has a back entrance, and a shed to store bikes.

I am a second year physics PhD student.
I enjoy going to the pub and socialising; I also enjoy playing rugby, and in general keeping fit.
