Double room in house share

Hi my name is Claire. I have a lovely home very near to the city centre and the RD&E. Myself and my current housemate are both females and we are looking for another professional to join our household.
I like to think I am a fairly laid back landlord, all I ask is that the house is kept relatively tidy and that consideration is shown to fellow housemates.
We are a very social household, with lots of movie, games and food nights. Having said that we are also out quite a lot at the gym or other sports groups.
I have a weekly cleaner that cleans the whole household.
The bedroom is furnished and the house has the amenities you would expect such as dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, superfast broadband, virgin TV and all streaming services.
Currently both available parking permits are being used but street parking is available from 4pm until 10am weekdays and at weekends, we are close to several bus routes. The house is walking distance from Waitrose and local shops.
We have a small but cute courtyard garden which is not overlooked.
