1 room with en-suite in house next to the Quay!

One large sized room with en-suite, in a four story townhouse right next to the River and close to climbing center, cafes etc. Has garden with decking and small shed. Juliet balcony in living room. Great sized kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Gas hob and double oven. Small toilet on ground floor and main bathroom on the second floor. Bills average around 70 -100 pounds per month, dependant on season (less in summer of course) and includes broadband.

Three tenants already living here. I will be moving out of the room available and the another tenant (Ross) is moving in around the same time. He is doing a PHD in environmental intelligence at Exeter uni. The other two tenants are a Henry and Flo. Henry works in sales and Flo is currently also completing a PHD at Exeter uni.

There is currently only one parking space, although i currently share this with Henry, who i believe would be the only other tenant with a vehicle. There is the option of permit parking in the car-parks right next to the house if required and a few streets over there is intermittently residential ion road parking available.
