The property is a two bedroom first floor flat within a converted Georgian house.

The room comes with a king size bed, large wardrobe and a chest of drawers. There is also a built in cupboard for storage. The flat has a shared bathroom with a large bath and shower. There is also an integrated washing/drying machine in the kitchen and a large TV in the lounge.

You would be sharing the flat with a female professional who works at the RD&E hospital. Looking for a young professional who is friendly, relaxed and shares similar interests.

Rent includes all bills (and Wi-fi) and is a 3 month minimum tenancy.
