Hello we are four friendly housemates looking for someone to join us in our home. As a household we require someone that is friendly, sociable and relatively easy going. Cleanliness is also important within our household.
The house is located in St. Thomas in Exeter, just a 15 minute walk from the quay and roughly a 20 minute walk into town. Four people share the bathroom on the first floor and there is also a toilet available to use downstairs. Garden space and garage available for everyone to use. There is also access to free parking.
