The room is furnished in a well equipped 3 bedroom apartment with a large kitchen and living area and a balcony with a beautiful view over Exeter.
The flat is located on Elmside, perfect distance to town (5-10 Minutes) and to University (15 Minutes), with a co-op just around the corner!
The other two tenants are 2 Spanish girls in their final year of Uni.
If you are looking for a nice room with lovely roommates and an amazing view for a couple of months please contact me - I will send you videos as I sadly do not have good pictures of the room/flat!
