We are looking for 2 new, clean and tidy, friendly, working professional housemates to move into great value house share. Both rooms are double sized and come with furniture and will be available from the end of August/start of September (dates are flexible). Rent is £262.50 p/cm and bills usually come to £80-90 p/m depending on usage. Current tenants are two young working professionals. We are both active and sporty, enjoy travelling and are social, clean and friendly

The house has a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and spacious garden in a great location, situated a 5 minute walk from RD&E, 5 minutes from St Luke's campus, 15 minute walk from town and 30 minute walk from Streatham campus. There is also a bus stop at the top of the road and we have a shed & bike racks in the back garden (with rear access). There is on street parking available however both parking permits are currently in use.
