The flat is well situated, a 5 minute walk from a large Sainsbury’s and a 10 minute bus ride from the city centre (bus stop is 5 minutes walk away) with on street parking available. It is a ten minute cycle or bus journey from st Luke’s campus and 15 min cycle from streatham campus. The property comes fully furnished and includes high speed internet and extras such as a dishwasher.

The property also has a shed for the storage of any bicycles or anything else.

The flat has a balcony overlooking the gardens at the back and gets glorious sunshine into the sitting room in the mornings.
