It is a 1 minute walk away from shops, restaurants and cinemas. 15-20 minute walk from Streatham Campus Exeter University. It is also 5 minute walk from St Luke's Campus.

The kitchen is shared with 8 other people. The room's size is 15 sqm.

All bills are included and broadband is available. There is also access to using the common room in the entrance and a laundry room inside the building complex. Furniture and the whole building is very newly built (1 year old) and rooms are modern style.
