The house is in the centre of Exeter, opening out onto Fore Street. 10 minute walk (if that) to the Quay and five minutes to the city centre. No outdoor space, but the house is spacious enough, with living room and 2 bathrooms and pretty well-stocked with kitchen appliances, which we are happy to share.

As a household, especially owing to the pandemic, we have become good friends and now share numerous interests, which we developed during lockdown. We are somewhat unorthodox and are really looking for someone who isn't going to feel isolated. We like listening to an odd assortment of musical genres (we have a subscription to Radiooooo): movies of the MUBI variety (which we have a subscription to); and our conversations are tangential. We have say over who we pick, so we are looking for someone who will share our unorthodox interests, which we will certainly explain in more detail if you contact us about the room.
