Hello to all ! I am a French law student and I am leaving the beautiful studio in which I lived this year on May.

Located in the Queen street studio residence, one minute walk from central station, two minutes walk from high street and ten minutes walk from Streatham campus, it is located 30 seconds walk from a supermarket.

Located on the sixth and top floor of the residence, the view over Exeter is amazing and sunny, and there is no noise pollution. The flat has plenty of storage space and a large walk-in wardrobe.

Dual occupancy is permitted and free of charge.
