*one bathroom with bathtub and toilet, additional toilet, gas central heating, double glazed windows and washing machine/dryer at the property 

*10 minutes walking distance to the city centre / 20 min to university 

* we are happy to say, that we have a clean and friendly house and we are looking for a quiet room mate who will be happy to join us, as we have in the house professionals and postgraduates, therefore looking for equivalent. :) 

*deposit is 300.
