We’re looking for an easy-going, quiet, responsible and tidy professional housemate for our house.
The house is located very centrally in Heavitree, just 2 mins from the shops and main Fore Street and frequent buses into town. The RD&E Hospital is also only 5 mins away.
The house is very comfortable and quiet. Four bedrooms. Lounge. Fully equipped kitchen. Small garden. Bathroom with toilet, bath and shower. Second toilet on ground floor. Central gas heating. Washing machine. Dish washer. The place is nice, modern, clean, warm, light and quiet. Good Wi-fi throughout.
The room for rent is located on the second (attic) floor. It is comfy and fully furnished with new double bed, chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe.
Rent is £480 per calendar month (bills included.)
We welcome professional housemates (sorry, NO students). We have cleaners weekly for the communal areas, but do expect you to contribute to keeping the kitchen and bathroom clean and tidy and that your social life will not affect others in the house. We are 2 single gay males in our early 60’s and ideally you will be in your 30's or older and be OK with the house quiet time zone which is between Midnight & 7am. There is also Dexter, the cat to consider if you are allergic!
The room is available now for viewing and long and shorter let’s are considered.
