Spacious room to rent in student property Exeter

Looking for someone to take over my room in a three bed property in the centre of Exeter. The property is approximately 20 minutes walk from the University of Exeter Streatham campus and 15 minutes walk into town. Currently one other housemate living there who is a lovely guy, very easy to live with and studying Maths at the University of Exeter. The room includes a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers. It is very spacious. The rest of the house includes a shared bathroom, small lounge area with sofas and a table and a kitchen. The property also has outdoor space, with a wooden table and shed. The lease agreement is from the start of September 2021 for 11 months.
