Studio flat within shared house. 14-22 npcm

Do you have a base somewhere else but need to stay in Exeter 14 to 22 nights a month? Do you want your own space but like the idea of being in a home.

We have a large ensuite room with mini kitchenette on the third floor of our semi detached house.

Room available 3-5 days per week @£28.50 per night. Minimum let 14 days a month. Available 14th Dec on a rolling 6 month basis. Shorter lets considered.

Great views, near to greenspace but also easy walk to University, hospital, city centre and shops.

Off- street parking for a small car and bike storage,

Seeking relatively quiet, but sociable person who cares for the environment and is happy to live in a house with small pets.

Bills for responsible use of utilities included. Council tax included. No TV license.

We are really flexible and so this not strictly monday to friday. For a minimum let of 14 days a month you can store your personal effects in the room fulltime but only pay for the days you sleep here. Might suit a registrar on rotation to RDUH who has a home elsewhere.
