Available beginning of October. No short lets.

Double room in nice Victorian terrace. Great location being close to town, university and the RD&E.

Shared living room, large kitchen and bathroom with shower over bath. good size garden with patio and lawn. Also two outbuildings/sheds for storage. 

Room is an double is overlooking the garden- part furnished.

You’d be living with two others in their 30s. Household is very relaxed and easy going. Interests include music, films yada yada yada.

We both work at a music venue in Exeter so are out most evenings. Very much not a party house but sociable.
