Double Room in Heavitree

One double room available in my house in Heavitree, a 5 minute walk to local shops and 10-15 minute walk to the hospital. The room is fully furnished with a 4ft double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers, hanging rail, desk and office chair. The room is available from mid-August and all bills are included in the price.

Downstairs there is:
A good sized shared lounge, with a TV with TV license included, as well as an Amazon Fire stick, TNT and Sky Sports, and Netflix included.
A fully equipped kitchen/dining room with plenty of cupboard and fridge space.
A lean to/conservatory which we use mainly as a drying/storage room.
A utility room with a WC and washing machine.

Upstairs there is:
2 bedrooms
Bathroom with electric shower/bath, WC and sink.
Loft bedroom

I work at the RD&E hospital and am looking for a housemate who is easy-going, tidy and reliable, and ideally shares some interests. I am particularly passionate about sports and cooking, and also enjoy reading and listening to music. I like to keep things relaxed through the week and enjoy a trip to the pub for a beer or two on the weekend!

My housemate works at the Met Office and is a big football fan and runner. I also have a 4 year old sprocker called Alfie, who is super friendly, so someone who is happy to live with a dog is required.
