Modern, Light and Furnished Bedroom

I'm looking for new housemate to move in to my house as soon as possible. I am a 26 year old professional surveyor. I currently live at the property with 1 other housemate. Available from 24th June 2024.

Single Room:

The room is a standard sized single room, fully furnished including bed, wardrobe, and desk. There is a family bathroom directly next-door to the room which is shared with one other tenant.

House:

The house is located within Hill Barton Vale which is a newly built estate. The whole of the house will be available to use, including all amenities and garage for storage. I am an outgoing and very relaxed individual, my main hobbies include surfing, camping and sports related activities.

There is a large kitchen/diner, lounge, WC and utility room downstairs, with the bedroom being situated on the first floor. The property is a 3 bedroom semi detached house with adjoining garage and large garden. There is an abundance of parking directly outside of the property. You are able to drive into the city centre within 10 mins and there are regular buses within a few minutes

All bills are included, and the house has fast fibre broadband. I am preferably looking for long term tenants however I'm open to requests. Preference will be given to young professionals. The room is available immediately.
