Two rooms for female students in family home

Our family are looking for 2 females who would like to rent 2 rooms within our large family home. We are a professional couple with 2 children, ages 19 and 16. We also have a friendly dog.

The 2 rooms share a bathroom and have their own kitchen which is separate from the family kitchen. We have a large house with a huge garden. The house is newly renovated. You would have access to your rooms (with desk), your bathroom, your own kitchen, a living room and the garden. All bills and broadband included.

The house is approximately 15 mins walk to the centre of Streatham campus and 30 mins walk to the city centre. The K bus stops opposite the house.

We can offer you a beautiful, safe home. We are looking for someone who understands that we are a family and so can be quiet between 9.30pm and 7am. Also, we prefer no guests staying over due to children in the house.

We're looking for quiet students. We have hosted many international students.
