Double en-suite room for rent in Exeter which is approximately 1 minute walk from Newcourt train station, 10 minute walk from Sandy Park and a 5 minute drive from the M5. There is also on-street parking available.

The house is large and modern with 3 floors, which includes a shared kitchen, dining room (conservatory), living room, garden, with 3 toilets/bathrooms (shared among 4 people).

The room is located on the first floor and is fully furnished with a bed, bedside table, chest of draws, lamp, wardrobe and mirror. There is an en-suite with sink, toilet and shower. The price is £650 per month, all bills included (including fast fibre internet).

We have lived in a house share ourselves for the last 5 years and whilst we enjoy our own privacy, it is also nice to live with friends and be social, have movie nights (on the projector) and do the odd takeaway. We are looking for someone who will fit in well to ensure the house remains fun and homely.

We also have a pet cat (indoor only).

We are looking for someone who can move in around the 1st June 2024. Please note, at some point this year we will be looking to put the house on the market. However selling can be a long process so it may be a year before it is sold / processed. We will keep the new housemate informed at each step.
