Furnished double room, 15 min walk from Uni & town

Looking for a new long term housemate for a double room on the second floor. The room is furnished with a small double bed, desk, dresser and bed side drawer set and has a decent sized cupboard (closet). It is next to the bathroom with a bath/shower.

The detached house has driveway for parking, wifi, a large kitchen, big back garden, washer and dryer and a large shared lounge. We are a 15 min walk from the University and high street shops.

There are 3 of us living in the 5 bedroom house now. We are a mix of professionals (retail, forester, experimental archaeologist). We are looking for someone friendly and social to join our house. A student or young professional who is easy going would be ideal. I travel extensively for work so for large parts of the year there are only 3 people in the house!

Bills are all included in the price.
We have a spacious and a fully fenced back garden. No couples sorry (the room is just too small)

The room is available to move into from the 1st of February 2023.
