This is an all-female NO SMOKING houseshare for professional working women. The current housemates, aged under 35, are happy to meet prospective housemates at the house, on an evening that's convenient for an informal chat. The room is for single occupancy only.

The house is within a short walking distance to the city centre, the RD&E hospital and the university, or, alternatively in the next road, all the main bus routes go into the centre of the town. Within 10 mins walk are several quality takeaways. Two convenience stores, Sainsburys and Morrissons are also a short distance away.
