Decent sized double bedroom in Tithebarn (near Pinhoe), close to Science Park, Honiton Road park and ride, Met office etc. Partially furnished with a large set of drawers, bedside table and a double bed. There is also a built in cupboard/storage space & a mirror. Nice shared living room, and garden with seating area, decking, and the inflatable hot tub will be going up soon which you'd be welcome to use!

Good location, good transport links and just 20 mins on the bus into Exeter city centre, or a short drive/cycle/walk. Parking spaces available and a shed for bikes etc. Lots of green space around, lovely walks and a farm shop nearby.

You'll be living with me and my boyfriend (who is at work a lot of the time), 1 lovely rescue dog, and 2 cute bunnies. I work from home occasionally so I would need peace and quiet in the week, therefore would suit a student or working professional. We are quiet and mostly keep ourselves to ourselves, but you'd be more than welcome to join us for a glass of wine or two at the weekends :)

£495 PCM, which includes all bills and essentials such as washing up liquid, hand soap, loo roll etc. Willing to reduce rent on occasion in exchange for some help with the pets when we're away.

Short term or long term considered, please let me know and we can discuss arrangements. You don't have to be veggie but at least have an understanding and respect for veggies, and not be cooking meat all the time! Sorry no couples I'm afraid.
