This is a good sized double room with a balcony to rent, for single occupancy, in Upper St Thomas. Bills and WIFI included. For a female housemate.

The flat is on the third floor and is served by a lift if needed. The flat is in a quiet complex and there is plenty of parking in close by areas. We are a quick drive to Moretanhampstead and quick walk into Exeter Town and the busy bustling centre of St Thomas which has its own artisan bakeries, small supermarkets, butcher and fishmonger. There are also buses into town if you don't feel like walking. It has a rural feel with urban close by.

The University is about 30 minutes walk and a bus ride away. The well known Twisted Oak pub is a short walk away for Sunday lunches.

The room overlooks a quiet park area and doors open into the balcony. There is a small seating area outside - also a seating area in the park allocated to the complex with walks overlooking Exeter nearby. Lovely walks close by. You will have sole use of your own ensuite shower and toliet which has a newly upgraded power shower. You will have share to a lovely warm and sunny living room with a smart TV and sitting and dining area.

Full time professionals only (no students): This room is suitable for someone who is working full time . Some remote working is OK but not for full time at home working.
