V large kitchen with range cooker American style fridge/freezer, Utility room w/machine, micro, small court yard garden. Garden is decked and has furniture/bbq. I'm easy going and into sailing, surfing, running, food..

Furnished room, stripped wooden floors, wi-fi, newly decorated. Furniture maybe different from photos.
Bedroom located on the 1st floor. Bathroom, shower in bath and separate cloakroom to share with other female tenant/s. Also a ground floor shower/toilet.
I have my bedroom /snug/bathroom on the 2nd floor.
Looking for someone friendly that can respect others with regard to noise and tidiness and maybe have a beer/wine together too now and again.

Inclusive of bills....I have a not so quiet friendly cat called Rudi who is very very naughty when it comes to food!
